the pipes for the yamaha cafe racer

Cadmar found specs for a race pipe made for another rd350 online and used those to create templates for the pieces. The templates were then traced and cut out in two identical sets, one for each pipe. He increased the diameter at the end of the pipe for road use and to keep it from being too peaky. Kiyo tack welded the pieces onto the bike to check for fitment and then modified some angles in the pipe to clear the swingarm. Each pipe turned out to be about 12 pieces each. They also handmade silencers with aluminum tubing and perforated sheet metal.
