The ends of the pipes ended up being way too small so Kiyo made larger ones.
After a few hours of test riding Saturday night the whole transmission seized up.
Kiyo took the whole engine apart. A tooth had broken off and got stuck between the gears. Between Sat night and Sun morning he rebuilt the whole motor and got it running.
Sunday night after test riding his Triumph, this awesomeness happened. So he took the whole head apart and rebuilt Monday.
Finally, all loaded and Delivered to the San Pedro harbor Tuesday night to be loaded in containers to go to Catalina.
